Learn to twerk in 21 Days! That's right- each day you will receive a TSOD (Twerk Step Of the Day). You will receive a tutorial for a new twerk step every weekday along with some home twerk to help you perfect the technique.
3 Saturday Slay: Booty Building Workouts
And on Saturdays we tone, sculpt, and build dat booty! Each Saturday you will receive an Organic Peach: Booty Building workout that is strictly strength training.
